Landing a jump without physical damage
Superhuman durability, also known as high resistance, is the ability to withstand more physical force upon one's body than average members of one's species are capable of withstanding. This is a variation of Superhuman condition.
Applications[]
- Analgesia: Those with enhanced durability may be immune to feeling pain.
- Superhuman endurance: Users may be able to endure more stress and pain than average members of one's species.
Associations[]
- Animal imitation: Imitating particular traits of animals can increase an individual's personal durability.
- Dermal armor: Some individuals may possess natural dermal armor, such as scales or metallic skin, which increase an individual's personal durability.
- Elasticity: Individuals who can stretch and contort their body possess natural durability due to their ability.
- Exoskeletal armor: Some users can produce an external, exoskeletal armor to increase their personal durability.
- Impenetrable skin: Those who have impenetrable skin are naturally more durable than other members of their species.
- Superhuman strength: Most users with super strength possess equal levels of durability.
Limitations[]
- Users are not immune to being injured, so they can only take so much physical damage before it finally takes effect.
- If the power is due to mimicry of a particular element, such as a metal, they might be vulnerable to certain aspects, such as rust or electricity.
